- RN - $ 33.00 - $38.50/hr. ($61,776 minimum - $72,072 maximum)
Additional Wages:
Midnight Shift Pay - $3.00/hr. Direct Care Worker Wage of $3.40/hr in addition to the hourly wages.
Full time Day Shift – 6:30a – 7p must work every other weekend/holiday

Maple Valley Nursing Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated CENA’s to join our team!

Position Summary
Provides residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with each resident’s care plan to best support their overall success and well-being.
Essential Functions
- Assist and document residents in all activities of daily living as needed for each individual resident assigned, e.g., vital signs, weight, feeding, bathing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
- Answer resident “call lights” promptly and courteously.
- Perform light housekeeping duties in residents’ rooms, e.g. make beds, clean spills, and help tidy areas while securing residents’ personal items as needed.
- Safely lift and transfer residents using proper lift equipment and safety devices.
- Report all changes in resident’s condition to the charge nurse as soon as possible.
- Render nursing assistance to residents within an assigned unit under the supervision of the RN or LPN.
- Other jobs and duties as assigned
Education/Training
- Current CNA certificate issued by the State of Michigan – Not Certified. NO WORRIES! We will pay for your training!
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
- 1-year CNA experience – Not certified? NO WORRIES!! We will pay to train the right candidate.
- Patient care experience in resident care, assisted living or long-term care preferred.
Job Type –
- Full Time – Afternoon and Midnights,
- Part-time - Day Shift.
Pay:
- CENA starting wage is $18.50/hour. $17.00 for non-licensed CENA’s during training period.
- Wages are based on experience and goes up with experience. $3.00 shift differential for 11:00pm-7:00am shift

This is a full-time, steady role where no two days are the same — from light repairs and equipment upkeep to grounds care and painting. If you're mechanically minded, self-motivated, and want to be part of a team that appreciates hard work, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and general repairs across the facility
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing, mechanical, or basic electrical issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and inspections
- Take on painting projects (both indoor and outdoor)
- Assist with groundskeeping – mowing, trimming, snow removal, and more
- Fabricate or repair parts and components when needed
- Follow all safety standards and keep accurate maintenance records
What You Bring
- Experience in general maintenance, facility upkeep, or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical repair
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to paint, do light fabrication, and perform seasonal outdoor tasks
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good communicator and team player
- Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Deliver individual and group therapy using techniques such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing
- Provide crisis intervention and support clients facing issues such as behavioral health concerns, addiction, and trauma
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals (case managers, educators, medical providers) for integrated care
- Support families and children, including those with developmental disabilities or special education needs
- Document progress and treatment using EMR systems and ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards
- Participate in clinical research and training initiatives to improve outcomes and innovate care models
- Offer community-based and in-home services when needed to meet clients where they are
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- State licensure to practice (LCSW preferred; LMSW or equivalent considered)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in healthcare or community settings
- Skilled in crisis management, client assessment, and therapeutic interventions
- Familiarity with ICD/CPT coding, medical terminology, and psychopharmacology is a plus
- Knowledge of ABA and experience with ASD or developmental disabilities is highly desirable

Kitchen Assistant
What You’ll Do
- Assist with food preparation and cooking to support our kitchen team
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly
