All care is PERSON CENTERED, meaning their lifestyle and choices are incorporated into their Plan of Care for every aspect of their day. Residents and families are encouraged to participate in this process. We want our residents to feel at home. We encourage our residents and families to make their rooms as home-like as possible by bringing some personal belongings with them. We also have open visiting hours to accommodate the needs of family and friends.
Maple Valley is licensed by the Michigan Department of Public Health for 25 nursing beds.
Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Laundry Services
Provided in-house, seven days a week.
Activities
Full-time Activities are provided 7 days a week. Maple Valley now has a wheelchair-equipped van for taking Residents on the many group outings that are available. We are quite fortunate and proud to mention that we have a group of many volunteers who give their time and talents to help meet the special needs of our residents.
Housekeeping
Provided in-house, seven days a week.
Dietary
Nutritious meals are served in a pleasant dining environment. Snacks are also provided throughout the day to meet their nutritional guidelines. The dietary department is monitored by both our CDM and consultant Registered Dietician.
Social Service Department
Mental Health Monitoring is provided by a Licensed Master Social Worker, who is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Medicaid Application assistance is provided.
